I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at McGill University in Canada. I have started my current job since April 2020 by JSPS overseas fellowship. My research interests include functional mechanisms of a molecular motor (Dyenin, Kinesin, FoF1 ATPase) and microtubules, and development of AFM-image analysis technology. I use molecular dynamics simulation (CafeMol & GROMACS) and Monte Carlo simulation. Additionally, I study structural modeling and structural analysis of the cryo-EM images using Coot and RELION.
